Starting in Bolzano, this four-day loop heads south through the vineyards of the Adige Valley before reaching the shores of Lake Garda. From there, the route follows dramatic lakeside roads, quiet mountain climbs, and flowing alpine valleys back into the South Tyrol.

Itinerary
Day 1
Leaving Bolzano, the route heads south through the Adige Valley on fast and flowing cycle paths surrounded by vineyards, orchards, and dramatic alpine scenery. The riding remains smooth and relaxed throughout the day before arriving on the northern shores of Lake Garda at Torbole.
Day 2
Day two follows the western shores of Lake Garda south toward Salò. Rolling lakeside roads, tunnel sections carved into cliffs, and constant views across the water make this one of the most scenic days of the route, passing through iconic towns like Limone sul Garda before finishing on the southern side of the lake.
Day 3
Leaving Lake Garda behind, the route climbs into quieter alpine terrain above the lake through long mountain roads, forested valleys, and panoramic descents. This is the hardest and most rewarding day of the loop, finishing in the small Trentino town of Sarche.
Day 4
The final day heads north through the valleys of Trentino before reconnecting with the fast cycle paths of the Adige Valley back toward Bolzano. Smooth riding, alpine scenery, and long flowing sections make for a perfect finish to the loop.
