    Overview

    These terms govern your use of the Rouvets website and services, including setup rentals, route purchases, luggage storage, and travel support. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

    Bookings and inquiries

    Setup rentals are confirmed via a personal inquiry process. Submitting an inquiry form does not guarantee a reservation. We will confirm availability and provide a quote directly by email.

    Route purchases

    Digital route purchases (GPX files, travel notes) are non-refundable once delivered. If you have a technical problem accessing your files, contact us and we will help.

    Equipment and damage

    Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as collected. Normal wear is expected; damage beyond normal use may be subject to a repair or replacement charge, which will be agreed in writing before any charges are applied.

    Cancellations

    Cancellation terms are agreed per booking. We will always aim to be fair and will discuss options directly if your plans change.

    Liability

    Rouvets provides equipment and route information in good faith. Riders are responsible for their own safety, health, and fitness. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses arising from your use of our equipment or routes.
