Cancellation Policy
Important booking terms
30+ days before scheduled pickup: no fee.
30 days or less: cancellation terms depend on selected coverage and contract conditions.
No-show or cancellation on pickup date: full prepaid contract amount may apply with no refund.
If cancelling at delivery because the bike is not suitable, do not take delivery of the bike.

How buy-back value is assessed
Rental Duration
Longer rental periods can reduce final buy-back value due to additional wear over time.
Bike Condition
Bikes returned in excellent condition generally receive higher value than bikes with notable damage or heavy wear.
Original Price
Buy-back credit is often tied to the original bike value, so higher-tier models may retain higher credit.
Market Demand
Current demand for a specific model can influence value at return time.
Depreciation
Like any bike, value naturally changes over time and is considered during buy-back assessment.
Trade-In Credit

Buy-back value can be used as trade-in credit toward a new bike purchase with us.
