Starting and finishing at Venice Mestre, this five-day loop takes you away from the crowds and into a softer side of Northern Italy.

The route moves through rolling countryside, vineyard-lined hills, and quiet backroads, before opening out toward the Adriatic coast and returning to Venice along the shoreline. It’s a journey shaped by rhythm rather than difficulty — steady kilometres, changing landscapes, and space to enjoy the ride.

Along the way, the region’s food and drink become part of the experience. From crisp Prosecco in the hills to locally produced wines across the plains, each day carries its own flavour. In Bassano, the tradition of grappa runs deep, while further east, San Daniele offers some of Italy’s most celebrated prosciutto — simple, regional, and best enjoyed without rushing.
